When people travel with children in business their nouse levels need to be controlled. The Jhb - Mumbai flight of 13 February 2015 was horrible with kids making noise uncontrollably the whole trip. Cabin crew only intervened when flight was arriving in Mumbai. Business class is for comfort and not a crèche.
